there is no therapy or drug on the earth which has absolute no "side effect". the only thing is intensity or type of side effect!
the term side effect means- any unwanted effect from a medicine when given in therapeutic doses.
this statement if also true in case of ayurvedic medicne. but side effects are as wide as in any other system of medicine.it can range from minor allery to death/poison.
so it is always advisable to have ayu. med only in supervision of qualified doctor.
