what is difference between "panchkarma" & "keralian panchkarma"
the basic difference lies in the sence that people think panchkarma is only doing massage , stem , shirodhara, etc. this came to peoples mind because kerala is promoting only that part of science as a panchkarma treatment. this treatment only detoxify at skin level only.
the word panchkarma comprises of basic 5 treatment, viz- vamana, virechana, basti, nasya and rakta mokshana. these treatment are basically targeted to detoxify internally.
